Shipments and Returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by Royal Mail Special Delivery with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, and can be selected during the checkout process. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Out of Stock Items

If the product you ordered is out of stock, you will be notified via email of the lead time for the product you have ordered. In most cases this can be up to 1 week as the items are all hand made to order.

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchace.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 14 day return period of which you can return the item(s) for a full refund or credit note. The item will need to be returned with no damage, but dont worry if the original packaging has been opened as we will repack the items.

Faulty / Broken items.

If the item(s) you receive are faulty or damaged, we will be happy to replace these for you.

How to return items.

To return items, visit the order history page in your account then select details on the order. Tick the items you wish to return and fill out the Merchandise Return section of that page. This will then be assessed by customer services. Further details may be required and you may be requested to submit a photo. Once approved you will need to return the item with the returns slip we send you via the returns page. Once we receive the returned item we will then process the refund / replacement.
